WHY DO I NEED TO MAKE A PROFILE?
In order to be booked for a job with us, you must make a profile at stafftacular.net. It is best to do this on a computer for a seamless process. Once you have a profile, you will be able to apply for jobs in your area through your calendar.
HOW DO I APPLY TO A JOB?
First you will have to log into your profile and got to your calendar. From there you will be able to see all the jobs available in your area. Select the job that interests you and click “apply” at the bottom of the page. Remember to apply for all days you are able to work if it’s a multiple day event.
HOW DO I GET A JOB?
Once you have applied, we will reach out to you to schedule a quick Google Meet interview so get to know you and provide more details about the position. If you are chose for the position, you will get a booking email.
Applying for a job does not mean you have been booked for the position.
HOW DO I CONFIRM A JOB?
After you are selected for a job, you will go into your profile and go to the job you were selected for and click “confirm”.
HOW MANY HOURS DO I WORK?
Hours vary from project to project. Your booking coordinator will specify shifts to you upon hiring.
WHO DO I REACH OUT TO IF I AM UNABLE TO WORK?
You can “Request a Replacement” directly on the portal by click on the shift that you are hired for and select “Request a Replacement. Otherwise please email hello@stafftacular.com if you are unable to work your shift.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO WORK WITH STAFFTACULAR?
You must be 18 years of age or older, and be eligible for employment in the United States in order to work for Stafftacular.
WHAT DOES BEING AN “INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR“ MEAN?
If you are an independent contractor, you are self-employed. Independent contractors do not have taxes taken out per paycheck, and may be subject to paying taxes at the end of the year. To learn more about what it means to be an independent contractor, please visit your state IRS website.
WHY ARE JOBS NOT SHOWING UP IN MY PORTAL CALENDAR?
To see upcoming jobs on your calendar, you have to have “Work Areas” selected. Make sure to select all the states that you are interested in. Events within those states will appear on your calendar.
Payment
HOW DO I GET PAID?
We use Check’r pay, which is a bi-weekly pay system.
WHEN DO I GET PAID?
You can login to the portal and view the Payroll Schedule.
IS PARKING REIMBURSED?
Receipts for pre-approved reimbursements can be sent to your booking coordinator within 48 hours of the end of your shift.
DO YOU OFFER DIRECT DEPOSIT?
Yes.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR WORK AND FOR PAYROLL? (NAME CHANGES, W-9 CHANGES, ADDRESS CHANGES)”
